The Glen Ellyn Senior Center, located at Grace Lutheran Church, 493 Forest Avenue is in need of volunteers to deliver lunchtime meals, M – F, to homebound seniors citizens in the area. Volunteers generally arrive at 10:30 AM and are done by 12:00 PM. We are very flexible and have many options for delivery, ranging from one time per month to one time per week, to substitutes (who deliver when our regular drivers are unavailable). This is a very rewarding experience. Often our meal volunteer is the only friendly face the seniors will see during the day.
