During the services at PCC yesterday we pointed out a number of different opportunities for connection that are coming up in the next few weeks. I want to remind you of a couple that are happening this week…

Elmhurst Small Group Pizza Dinner
Saturday, October 27 at 6:30 PM

We have a number of Adult Small Groups that meet throughout the week. Some of those use PCC facilities, while others meet in people’s homes. Through some fluke, we have way more groups that meet west of PCC than that are east of PCC. So this Saturday some PCC folks are hosting a free pizza dinner at their home in Elmhurst to see who may be interested in starting a small group. If you’re interested let me know (david@pccmail.org) sometime before Saturday.

Parkview Family Fun Fall Fest
Friday, October 26 at 6:00 PM

Yeah, so the title is kind of a mouthful… but it’s going to be a fun evening. From the PCC website:

Join us for tailgating in the parking lot (bring your own food and grills), a pumpkin carving contest (pumpkins can be purchased for $3), a moon jump, face painting, a hay ride, games, music and time to connect with new and old friends. Sign up in the church lobby. In case of rain, the event continues minus the tailgating. For more information, contact Pastor Susan (susan@pccmail.org).
