I’m beginning to recognize the two (I assume) homeless men who work the Belmont off ramps from I-90/94. I walked by this unfinished sign the other day while walking from the Belmont blue line stop to the NC3 office.

I’m curious why the person writing this sign didn’t finish. Did he not like the look of it? Did something distract him?
