There is little to be said by way of introduction to this beautiful and creative short film.  It was directed by Ramin Bahrani, who also directed Goodbye Solo, a film I enjoyed and mentioned last year.  The iconic voice in Plastic Bag belongs to Werner Herzog and it’s a treat to hear him speak as a piece of trash that just can’t die.
