You know, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. From, like, the 1930’s.
Well, Frankie Valli was born in 1934, but I’m not sure that’s what this junior high school student meant.

Wow… yeah, I had a really fun time giving a video game question icebreaker to the high school kids. They got so many questions wrong when it came to the Atari 2600, the original Nintendo Entertainment System and stuff like that. And that was 70s-80s! I cannot imagine how large the black hole their minds have for the 50s and 60s! 🙂
