I sat in the Glen Ellyn train station for an hour.  Apparently our train was held up in Wheaton “due to police activity”.  I’m not sure what that means, but hopefully it was a simple technical difficulty and nothing more dramatic.  I’m sitting in a coffee shop waiting to meet the pastor from NC3 whom (or is it “who”?) I will be replacing next month.

I’m looking forward to meeting with him and hearing about community life at NC3… but it also kind of feels like I’m cheating on Parkview.  Dang!  It’s going to be a strange few weeks.
