David – so happy you and your family could spend Christmas in Taiwan together. I have already enjoyed your Mom’s pictures on her blog. It is evident that Eliot is a joy to you!
Your blog continues to be challenging to me on my journey. Thanks for taking the time to be a great communicator in the Kingdom.

David,
I just “found” this, and am impressed.! We wish you a belated Happy New Year also, and to Maggie and Eliot.
You are an awesom grandson! We pray for you and yours in this New Year.

David,
Hello from Lisbon, Portugal! I saw your review of “Bright-Sided” in CT, which I get here in Portugal. Checking out your site a little bit. I had actually seen you quoted in something else in CT earlier this year (can’t remember what), so this is actually my second time visiting your site. Looks great man! Happy 2010. That’s great you were able to visit your family in Tawain. I still remember your folks and a visit we took to your house when we were in high school. I remember that they didn’t have much furniture, I think because you guys had recently moved, or something, but we all sat on the floor, and I got the impression they preferred it this way. Anyway, just a random memory.
I’m working with ReachGlobal, which is the missions arm of the EFCA. Here in Portugal. We’ve been here a little over 3 years. Have two girls now, both born here.
Anyway, thought I’d say hello and I’ll bookmark your site.
God bless,
Jonathan-

Really good to hear from you Jonathan. It’s good to hear what you and your family are up to in Portugal. Though it’s been a while, I can imagine that being a great fit for you. Thanks for tracking me down.
